2009-Up Street Glide Headlight Extension

Need room for a bigger amp on the XEL bottom plate? This extension moves the headlight out 1.5" to free up space behind the fairing.

Install

• Remove the outer fairing.
• Grind down the 4 plastic tabs on the inside of the outer fairing (see last photo).
• Install the light assembly on the adapter with the 4 bolts provided, then install the stock bezel. Not compatible with extended bezels.
• Install the extension using the thin backing plate and 6 bolts. Two small screwdrivers make lining up the holes easy.
• Install the six 1/4-20 bolts with blue threadlocker.

Finish: gloss black powder coat.
